At Rivière Jewelry, we strive to ensure you’re happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer the following options:

Exchanges: We accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Simply contact us, and we’ll guide you through the process. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refunds: We offer refunds only for defective or damaged items. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product, and we will arrange for a full refund or replacement. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Non-returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, earrings and earcuffs are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they arrive damaged.

Sale Items: All sale or discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
